Ashram Lifestyle Retreat 

Join us at the beautiful Casa Santosha retreat centre in the stunning hills of Andalusia, Southern Spain.

The retreat will include three daily yoga sessions (two classes and yoga nidra) including sessions outdoors on the terrace overlooking the hills and in a peaceful meditation room, delicious fresh vegetarian meals fully prepared for you, optional extras such as Ayurvedic massage and trips into the surrounding countryside and to the coast. This will be an uplifting experience to bring joy into your soul!    

The early bird retreat cost is £795 inclusive of board*, all classes and all meals (*twin rooms, contact us if you need another option). It will be necessary to arrange your own travel to Malaga from the UK, but we can arrange transport to Casa Santosha from there.
