kids’ yoga
A fun interactive class to introduce children to yoga and mindfulness through world adventure, animal postures and more!
There is now a body of evidence which shows that yoga can be very positive for children and affects their whole being. Children who practice yoga:
- grow the ability to manage their emotions
- are able to relax and sleep better
- improve concentration and focus
- develop stronger and healthier bodies
- have a foundation for lifelong well-being
Helen is a qualified primary school teacher and kids’ yoga teacher. She intertwines her knowledge and experience in education with the yoga practice to inspire children’s love of the world around them and to build self awareness in a fun and child-centred way.
The classes are suitable for children aged 5 to 12 years.
Parents please note that the lobby outside the yoga room is reserved for office users.
