Expressions of interest are welcome for our next 200+ hrs teacher training course 2027-28. This is a deep journey through yoga, encompassing traditional philosophy and esoteric practice, links to modern therapeutic models and trauma informed yoga, combined with focussed mentoring and individual support. Our training groups are small, with a person centred frame.

Individuals are welcome to join with or without a goal of becoming teachers: the course is also for self study, personal practice and additional therapeutic skills (for example to be able to offer in a work context). See more info below.

200 hours Teacher Training/Study and Sadhana Course: There are two main modules: Foundations of Yoga, and Mentoring. Together they cover a broad and deep spectrum of yoga subjects while being primarily experiential.

Participants will be offered two in person days per month, plus support for personal study and a daily practice. Towards the end of the course we go on a short retreat together.

Throughout, the emphasis will be on support, both peer and teacher, and a personal journey.  Those completing the 18 months will have confidence in expanding their personal practice and also the skills to teach yoga.

Full 200 hours over eighteen months (including retreat accommodation) is £1890 (payable in manageable installments)

NB Elements of the course will be open to participants who want to drop in and enjoy some of the days (or build their training gradually, completing modules in their own time) and also those who wish to sign up for the whole journey. Those completing the course will have a depth of knowledge and experience – benefits for ourselves and for those we come to help through yoga during and after our course eg our students/ clients/ colleagues/ family etc who may also benefit from a grounded, somatic approach.

Hannah has been teaching for over twenty years and loves sharing her expertise.

“This course became far more than a training. It has been a space of reflection, challenge, connection and growth, not just as a future yoga teacher, but as a person. I’ve learned that yoga is not about performing or getting things ‘right’, but about presence, compassion, curiosity and meeting people where they are.”

I’m so grateful for the warmth, honesty and encouragement shared within this group, and for the way the course created room for all of us to arrive exactly as we are. I leave feeling grounded, inspired, and quietly more confident in my own voice and way of teaching.”
