Women’s yoga mini retreat

Join us for a whole morning and treat yourself to a mini yoga retreat plus a bring-and-share lunch.  This session is for women only.  £20 per person.

We have been practising yoga for a long time and know the difference a longer immersion can make!  The mini-retreat is about having that bit more time for yourself away from everything else so you can focus on restorative yoga and relaxation practices. 

We start with a cup of tea on arrival (herbal or regular) and then lie down with plenty of cushions and blankets.   The first yoga session lasts for an hour and a half and then we have a little snack (eg a healthy flapjack) before continuing with a deeply restorative session involving meditation and yoga nidra. 

The morning rounds off with the optional lunch.  All participants are invited to bring some food to share and we sit down together to the pot luck lunch.  Mums who wish their babies to join them at this point are very welcome to reunite with the family and still stay for lunch.

If you are new to yoga this is fine: all women are welcome.
